  We had an appt scheduled for door replacement for over a week. After waiting for associate to call or show up, i called to check on appointment n the associate stated he wasnt coming. No apology. No nothing. Lowes began passing the buck on why i was not contacted. I had to call corporate just to get a call from the local madison lowes. No apology from store manager. Poor customer service. No more money to that store.

  Eye opening. I usually shop at another major home supply store, but Lowe's won me over! If you need anything in electrical or heating and air, find Mr Bob L. Can't remember his last name, but he will give you aisle # & bin + turn by turn directions. He's better than GPS! Nice, too. Also shopped in paint. The ladies there were oh so nice and knew their department. Knowledgeable staff was quite a change from the service I have been subjected to at the competition.
