  Philip Hendrix always treats me right. That's why I came from Athens to see him. He even came in on his day off to help me. I don't know if he's store manager but he should be. My wife has always been one to have issues signing new contracts Etc and Philip answered every concern she had made the process so smooth.

  I went to TCC VZN yesterday in hopes of finding an iPhone X 256G Silver or 2nd choice of space gray, & because my Mama mbroke her iPad & Verizon had a deal for new phone & discount for a new iPad which Mama wanted that day! I was very impressed by my sales rep. Phillip H. He really went above & beyond to help me & Mama. He was very knowledgeable & helpful without being pushy. Unfortunately they had sold out of the iPhonex 256G there & in surrounding stores plus the deal with the iPad wasn’t the type Mama wanted & we couldn’t have then ordered & shipped home we would have to go back to the store for pick up not an option for us at the moment so we came home and ordered from online but the rep was awesome & really did his best to help us get the items we wanted. So I wanted to say thanks to Phillip H & I will be returning for screen glass Covers & protective cases in the future. Merry Christmas y’all!
